The Galapagos Journey II offers lots of space and comfort for naturalist cruises. The artful combination of stability, grace and speed make this catamaran a perfect partner for a Galapagos discovery adventure. The Galapagos Journey II has 6 cabins with lower twin beds, and 2 cabins with one lower double bed. All cabins are exterior and located on the main deck with outside view. They feature with private bathroom, hot water and individual climate control. 
Her social areas include a comfortable dining room with a TV/DVD, and a stereo system, inside/outside bars, and a Jacuzzi. The spacious sundeck with reclining chairs offers a great view of the islands´ landscapes.
The Galapagos Journey II has a full crew including a Naturalist Guide Level II/III, who has been trained and licensed by the Galapagos National Park Service.

Great shore excursions
Our shore excursions are packed with several activities and lots of fun. A typical visit to a landng site includes a nature hike, zodiac ride, snorkelling or kyaking visit and of course time to relax on the beach or by the trail ahead. your guide will bring out the best of the Islands throughout these activities sharing knowledge and fun facts about the Islands natural history.
Nature lectures
After a full day of visits you will get to learn a little more about the sights you visited and will be able to ask your guide specific questions about wildlife, geology, marinelife, biology, and other topics that interest you regarding the Islands. You will find your evening briefings are also a great opportunity to get to know your fellow travellers and share anecdotes from the days activities.

We believe that the key to a great itenerary is variety, the M/C Galapagos Journey II visits several types of ecosystems within the Galapagos Archipelago. Our catamaran has one of the best itineraries available including Isabela & Fernandina Islands. You will find your trip to include several types of landscapes, a good combination of bird sightings as well as visits to land and marine iguana sighting areas, research centers and tortoise breeding projects. The itenerary is also optimized, sailings are short and land/snorkel visits are longer.

Each meal on board is a celebration of the taste buds, our chef will prepare the finest international and local dishes using fresh ingredients of the highest quality. All meals include choices of meat, poultry, and seafood. We also have options for vegitarians and individuals with other dietary choices and needs. Salads are freshley tossed and fresh fruit is always available. We also have a nice selection of the best wines from around the world for you to enhance your meals with if that is your beverage of choice. If not we have a different variety to fancy your pleasure.
A well equiped boat
You will find that apart from being a spacious and comfortable yacht the M/C Galapagos Journey II carries state of the art navigational and communications equipment on board. It also carries entertainment equipment such as snorkelling gear, wetsuits, sea kayaks,a DVD player with a flat panel screen and other amenities on board.

Our crew to guest ratio is 1 to 2 (8 crew members for 16 passengers).
